You simply complete the appropriate Building Consent Application form (from the list below) and a Project Information Memorandum declaration (PIM).
Important Industry Changes from 1 March 2012...
From March 1, Restricted Building Work comes into effect. This applies to most residential building or renovation work and only a Licensed Building Practitioner can undertake or supervise the work. Contact the building team for further information or head online to the Build It Right website.
